　　　Nicholas Patrick Danks 

　　Nicholas Patrick Danks is a passionate statistician and coder - applying creative statistical learning methods to business problems to create and deploy solutions that add value and increase business intelligence. His PhD focus is on statistical methodology and data analysis and he has published and submitted several papers on these topics to premier journals such as Decision Sciences, Journal of Business Research. Prior to studying he was General Manager of a multi-national company, qualified accountant and a successful Sales Rep. He has developed an open-source library for the R Statistical Environment (SEMinR) for the estimation and evaluation of Partial Least Squares Models. He is an R Jedi, and fluent in Python and Ruby. He has the skillset and experience to translate business problems into deployable and scalable data analytics solutions.
